Alay ni Ignacio (ANI) is an organization of leaders that trains more leaders. It offers a year-long leadership formation program to financially-challenged but academically-gifted public high school students from Marikina and Quezon City-imbuing them not only with skills but also with values taught by St. Ignatius of Loyola so that they will become well-rounded leaders who are ready to bring our nation to progress.
